Who do you work with?+

How long does this take?+
The first call is 30 minutes. Closing the gaps in your business typically takes 6-18 months. Running the sale process takes 4-9 months. Most founders we work with sell 12-24 months after the first call.
What does it cost?+
£8,000 per month flat retainer for the work, access, and systems. Plus an 8% success fee on the total transaction value when we sell your business. No setup fees. 6-month minimum. If we don't hit the targets we set together, you keep all your equity.
What if I'm not ready to sell yet?+
Perfect. Most of our best work happens 18-36 months before a founder is ready. The earlier we start, the more value we create, and the better the eventual exit.
How are you different from a traditional broker or M&A advisor?+
Traditional brokers and M&A advisors sell what you've got today. They run the process but they don't make your business more valuable first. We do both — we install the systems that take your multiple from 4x to 7x, then we run the sale when the business is ready. It's the difference between selling a business as-is and selling it after deliberate value creation. Same outcome type. Very different outcome size.
