buyers bought a UK IT services business in the last two years.
Investment funds and the companies they own. They pay for revenue that repeats and a team that runs without you.
Companies in or next to your market. They pay for the customers, people and skills they would otherwise have to build.
Owner-run businesses that have already bought two or more. They move quickly and often pay part of the price over time.
Groups based outside the UK, often buying their way into it. A good UK foothold is worth more to them than to anyone already here.
Each of these buyers would put a different price on the same business. Our free valuation takes three minutes and shows which of them would fit yours, and roughly what they would pay.

Where the numbers come from
01
When a UK company is sold, the new owner has to be filed at Companies House. We read every one of those filings across our five sectors.
02
We follow each buyer up to the group at the top. A fund and the five businesses it has bought count as one buyer. A holding company a founder puts above their own business doesn't count at all.
03
New filings land every day. The figures update monthly, so what you see is the market as it is now, and the list behind it is what we work from when we run a sale.
